We typically ship within 1-2 business days order being placed and ship out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except on Holidays.
When we shipped out your order, we will provide detailed tracking information and for all inquiries regarding tracking, please contact the shipping company directly.

DAMAGED + LOST ORDERS
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
On the rare occasion the couriers do damage your package, please reach us a clear picture of the damage within 10 days of receiving the package to this email address: email@example.com and we'll have a replacement sent asap.
